FPGA uses a neat 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Packaging for external use.-40°C~85°C license holder.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.The voltage fed to it is 2.7V~3.6V.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.Data storage is limited to 64Mb bytes.Look for "EPCS64" for other related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Different functions are associated with 16 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 260.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.02mA.Using a 20MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.3.3V power supplies are recommended.EPCS series devices are included in it.I think of it as a sort of Flash Memories.
