ES1021QI Overview

There is a package of Tape & Reel (TR) for it. In order to save space, it is included in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount instructs that it should be mounted in the following manner. The temperature should always be kept at -40°C~85°C when the system is operating. Its exceptional performance makes it an excellent choice for Power Supply Sequencer. Having a voltage of 1.5V~5.5V allows for high efficiency. As part of this device, an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used. In the reflow process, the peak temperature is NOT SPECIFIED. Currently, there is 200μA current being supplied. It is part of the Enpirion® series.
