The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in PLCC, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 68. In the case of a 5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 16-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 25MHz Hz. For functions of 68 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The external data bus width of this CPU is 16. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 68 pins. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. From 5V, the micro processor can be used. There is 5V voltage at the CPU core. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 105mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor. To deal with hardware interrupts, there are 5 external interrupt terminations. DMA (Direct Memory Access) is programmed using 2 channels.
