Z8018008FSG Overview
With a packing size of 80-BQFP, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 1 Core 8-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. A Z180 series item. A Z80180 processor is present in this CPU. The CPU contains DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of ASCI, CSIO, UART. 5.0V is the CPU's I/O address. I would rate this as a MICROCONTROLLER for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. As a whole, there are 80 terminations. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There is a 8-Bit architecture in it. At 8MHz, the CPU operates.
