The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead). A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tube. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 8-Bit cores and 1 Core 8-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. Z180 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z80180 processor. It has DRAM RAM controllers. A ASCI, CSIO, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
