CS42L42-CWZR Overview

As a space saver, it comes in the 49-UFBGA, WLCSP package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C TA, it is able to operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage is 1.2V 1.8V for the analog circuit.
