CS43131-CWZR Overview

This package is included in the 42-UFBGA, WLCSP package and is available for purchase. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 1.8V volts is required. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -10°C~70°C when operating.
