CS47L24-CWZR Product Details
CS47L24-CWZR Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 63-UFBGA, WLCSP package. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. The mounting type is Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. The board is integrated with 1 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.8V as a supply voltage. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 63 terminations are used. It operates with the supply voltage of 1.2V.
