CS5484-INZR Overview
Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. Check out CS5484 for more similar parts. There are 28 terminations on the part. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 3.3V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 3V or higher to work.
