WM1811AECS/R Overview
In order to save space, it is packaged in the 80-UFBGA, WLCSP package. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Stereo Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. Supply voltage is 1.71V~2V for the analog circuit. A 1.62V~3.6V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. There are 80 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. It is a kind of 80-pin electronic device. This device is mounted on a PCB which uses the Surface Mount technology. Voltage should not exceed 5.5V. There are 2 A/D converters used to convert the analog signals into digital signals. It is recommended that the supply voltage is maintained at 1.71V. A voltage of 1.05V is required to operate the device. When the supply voltage is 5V, it can operate.
