WM8904CGEFL/RV Overview

Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. In addition, it is equipped with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. There is a voltage supply of 1.71V~2V to the analog circuit. A supply voltage of 1.42V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. There are 32 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. This device consists of a row of 32-pins. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. It operates with the supply voltage of 1V. Operating voltages as low as 1.8V can be used. Digital signals are converted into analog signals with 2 D/A converters.
