Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Packaging is done in the form of a Tray. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Stereo Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. At -25°C~85°C, it can operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. 1.8V~3.6V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.42V~3.6V for the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 32 terminations are used.
