A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tray is adopted. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio, AC '97. The mounting type is Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -25°C~85°C. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 1.8V~3.6V. 1.8V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit.
