GBU25005-G Product Details
GBU25005-G Overview
Electronic components in the 4-SIP, GBU package are basically the same.Reverse leakage current should be monitored and not allowed to exceed 10μA.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Through Hole method. In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.Bridge rectifier can support a maximum output voltage of 25A.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 220A.
GBU25005-G Features
4-SIP, GBU package operating at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ the maximum output voltage of 25A
GBU25005-G Applications
