CY2213ZXC-2 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 400MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V.
