As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 66.67MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
