Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock.
