As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 100-LBGA package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 225 during reflowing. It contains 100 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVPECL, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
