Non-Volatile is its memory type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR). The case is embedded in 24-TBGA. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 128Mb 16M x 8. The device uses a mainstream FLASH-format memory. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. A voltage of 2.7V~3.6V is possible to be applied to the supply. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. The chip is terminated with 24 terminations. For a comprehensive working procedure, this part supports as many as 1 functions. Memory devices such as this one are designed to be powered by 3V and should be used as such.
