DA7219-02VB6 Overview
A 32-UFBGA, WLCSP package is provided to save space. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tray. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. 1 / 2 ADC / DAC is integrated into it. Digital circuits are powered by 1.7V~3.6V supply voltages. The transmission line is terminated with 32 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. Voltages below 1.7V are supported by it. Voltages up to 2.5V can be supplied to it.
