IW1700-01 Overview
An embedded ac to dc converter is included in SOT-23-6 package.In Tape & Reel (TR) AC/DC power converter, it is available.The AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .To deliver its performance, the ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of 150°C TJ .At this point, the switching frequency reaches 72kHz .It can be used within the range of 16V supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd).
