optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -20°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 150kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory.
