AP1513SL-13 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -20°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz. Regulator 3.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.6V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation.
