This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-89-5/6 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~80°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 100kHz. Regulator 1.1V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.1V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's 800mA Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. In the particular voltage regulators, the AP1602 family is represented. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 3.3V volts.
