AP2004SG-13 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 3.6V~27V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -20°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 10kHz~300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
