AP2303MTR-G1 Overview
Overall, it supports 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 0.6V~2.75V is provided by this power supply regulator. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. In addition to Converter, DDR, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The variable voltage regulator input voltage is designed to be 1.2V~5.5V. This component has a Surface Mount mount for mounting to PCBs or other boards. Currently, the power supply regulator has 8 pins. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 1.75Aas its output. There is a requirement for an input voltage greater than 1.2Vfor this alternator regulator. A maximum current of 1.75Ais intended to be produced by the voltage regulator. A quiescent current of 500nA is presented by this alternator regulator. A BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC interfaces with the rectifier regulator.
