Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. There is a switching frequency of 150kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.23V.
