This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There is a SOT-23-6 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.4MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.81V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.5A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 18V.
