This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz~2MHz. Input voltage 2.95V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.1V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
