optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.95V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.803V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the AP3440 family is represented.
