optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.95V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.803V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the AP3440 family is represented. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 803mV volts. A 4A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
