With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~13.2V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller.
