AP431ARG-7 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±0.5% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.495V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Adjustable output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -20°C~85°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "AP431A".It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 200mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 36V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 500μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.495V lower than 2.495V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 2.507V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 2.495V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 2.48V is required to supply it.The record shows, it requires 2.482V voltage at least to get the voltage reference ic run.The highest voltage the voltage reference ic would send is 36V.Currents greater than 10mA may result in improper operation and potentially part damage.
