AP431IAZTR-G1 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Box (TB) external packaging.±0.5% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It can handle Adjustable output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.It is suitable for 100mA input applications.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 36V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 100μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.5V lower than 2.5V.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.
