AP431IBZTR-G1 Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Box (TB) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.The temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Through Hole applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The maximum output voltage is 36V.Its cathode current should generally be 100μA.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.
