TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.495V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -20°C~85°C TA.AP431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 200mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 500μA.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 2.507V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.47V.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.482V voltage at the very least.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.In case of a current exceeding 10mA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
