The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±0.5% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Adjustable output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.It is suitable for 100mA input applications.Generally, 100μA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.487V less than 2.487V.The highest voltage the voltage reference ic would send is 36V.
