A handy SOT-23 package is used.Uses the handy Adjustable, Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with 1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.24V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 200mA.The maximum output voltage is 20V.There is 1.24V voltage output lower than 1.24V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 1.252V.The supply voltage must be 5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -20°C degrees Celsius are -20°C problem for it.The supply current is 10mA.If the current is greater than 10mA, the voltage reference ic may be damaged or improperly operated.A normaloutput current of 200mA is measured for the voltage reference circuit.
