As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 650kHz switching frequencies. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.76V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
