Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 650kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.765V. As a result of the 4A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
