For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 4A output current.
