For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 18V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 800mV. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 16.2V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 16.2V is provided by this regulator voltage.
