AZ431AZ-AE1 Overview
A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.4%.On the basis of the test statistics, 36V voltage is output.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Through Hole applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 100mA.A maximum voltage of 36V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 1mA.Its lowest voltage output is 2.5V.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.5V.There would be 36V higher voltage than 36V from the voltage reference circuit.0 is the device package of the supplier for this voltage reference circuit.
