TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.4% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of TO-92 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
