The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Box (TB) external packaging.±0.4% tolerance for precise voltage reference.It can handle Adjustable output (s).Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.It is suitable for 100mA input applications.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 18V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 1mA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.5V lower than 2.5V.It should operate with ambient temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.The highest voltage the voltage reference ic would send is 18V.This voltage reference ic's supplier device package is TO-92.
