AZ431BN-ATRG1 Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.8% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 18V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
