AZ431BN-BTRE1 Overview


TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.8% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 18V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.Voltages of 18V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of SOT-23 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
