A handy SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.According to the test statistics, it produces 18V voltage.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 100mA.The maximum output voltage is 18V.Its cathode current should generally be 80μA.There is 1.24V voltage output lower than 1.24V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 18V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V.It would send a maximum voltage of 18V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is SOT-23-5.
