AZ7029ZTR-E1 Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Box (TB). Please find attached TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. Pin count of the power management is 3. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below -300mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 18V volts in this IC management. Through Hole mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
