AZ75232GTR-E1 Overview
With the enhanced 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.The package of this receiver is Tape & Reel (TR).Being a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has empowered many solutions to serve for a variety of applications.You can place this wide receiver to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A power supply of 4.5V~5.5V 7.5V~15V is used by this differential driver.Up to 3/5 receivers/drivers can be installed simultaneously on this electronic part.In most applications, this ic receiver is used in environments where -40°C~85°C is the operating temperature.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.As mentioned above, the transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 5V.During operation, the transceiver module's temperature must be below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this optical transceiver.It is rated at a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V, which is higher than most ICs.A malfunction could occur when the input current exceeds 30mA.It is recommended that this line driver ic be powered by a voltage of 4.5V.wide receivers such as this one use the package provided by the 20-TSSOP supplier.A dual supply voltage arrangement of maximum 15V is included in this integrator circuit.For this can transceiver the power supply should be able to handle an output voltage of 7.5V since it deals with dual supply voltage.
