AZ809ANSTR-E1 Overview

In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
